Program Details
Mondays at 4:00 PM and Saturdays at 1:00 PM with only 8 spots per class. Drop in any week — there's no need to start from the beginning. Each 60-minute session follows a structured format designed to maximize development.
Each session includes:
- Dynamic warm-up and movement preparation
- Speed and agility drills (hockey-specific patterns)
- Strength and power development
- Conditioning and work capacity
- Cool-down and mobility
