My name is Andrew and I'm a personal trainer based in Toronto, Etobicoke. If you have no experience in weight training you’re at the right place because my programs are for everyone. I’ll teach you how to exercise, build muscle and shred body fat. I’ve been a trainer for 6 years working with individuals 1 on 1 and group classes. I love my job and I bring that passion to work with my clients every day.
Playing competitive sports, mainly hockey, soccer, and lacrosse sparked my interest in strength training at a young age. Eventually, I became certified in 2018 and have taken courses in exercise science, program design, and nutrition. My goal is to teach you how to get stronger and learn how to use that strength in life. We focus on mobility, cardiovascular training, and bodybuilding.
Growing up an athlete I’ve always been a competitor. I competed in bodybuilding at the national level in 2020 and most recently placed 3rd in the men's physique class in 2022. Fitness aside, I love to travel, explore different places, cultures, and play golf. It’s important to enjoy your favorite things in life and if you want to do that for a long time, put health and fitness at the top of your priority list.
