    Cort Fitness offers a private strength and cardiovascular fitness class in Etobicoke. This is a high-intensity 45-minute full body training class. The class is broken down into 3 parts:  

    Warm Up

    Prepare muscle tissues and nervous system for high intensity training

    5 minutes

    Strength Training

    Full body weight training

    30 minutes

    Conditioning

    Finish with high intensity cardio intervals

    10 minutes

    This format is designed to help you get stronger, leaner and improve your performance and health. We cover all of the movement patterns: squats, rows, lunges, deadlifts and more. Plenty of cardio exercises: Sled push, sled drag, assault bike, ski erg, rowers. You will have a new workout every day of the week. Overall, you get the most bang for your buck.
